I am 42 year old male and suffering from severe panic disorder for last 5 years. The panic is is growing now and remains throughout the day. I feel trouble in swallowing even the liquid. Feeling every time as if I am going to die right now. Taking Beta Anxit 20 at bed time and shicalm H twice daily as physician directed. But there is no relief. Due to anxiety I can not sleep properly. Please help.
